I believe that medicine should be a partnership and I enjoy working together with my patients to help them identify and meet their goals. I feel that patients know their own bodies best and that my role is to help find the medical treatment or therapy that works best for each individual. Whenever possible, I do try to incorporate complementary and alternative practices where appropriate (and if desired!) and address the connection between the body, the mind, and the spirit. I do my best to practice trauma-informed care and our office strives to be a welcoming place for all.
